A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Workforce Development Specialist to work on their ongoing project in the Evansville, IN office.

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in the following.

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of experience in training, social services, workforce services, vocational rehabilitation, or education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Knowledge of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Rehabilitation Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act.
• Demonstrated experience with building and retaining partner and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in working with individuals and job seekers with disabilities strongly preferred.

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
