Role DescriptionAs a WIOA Partner Navigator (WPN), you will work closely with designated Work One centers and Vocational Rehabilitation offices, serving as a knowledgeable resource on available programs and services. Your main responsibilities will include connecting individuals with disabilities to the appropriate partner programs, improving program access, and facilitating seamless service delivery across various programs. You will build and maintain relationships with partners, attend relevant meetings, and provide valuable cross-training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in training, social services, workforce development, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Rehabilitation Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of cultivating and sustaining partnerships.
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
