We are currently seeking a full time, reliable Fabrication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses the abilities to work well with their hands and to work independently within a team environment with the common goal to find solutions to produce quality accurate finished products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate technical machines to ensure final products are to product specifications regarding blueprints or shop orders.
• Proficient in the safe operation of standard shop tools.
• Visually inspect parts/pieces as they are being fabricated.
• Ensure functional and aesthetic quality of product.
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication.
• Complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working

environment.

• Able to accurately read a variety of measuring devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Able to accurately read a variety of measuring devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
• 2 years working with technical blueprints, drawings, or layouts is preferred.
• Experience working with tools is required.
• Proven ability to quickly adapt to project needs in completion of one's own responsibilities.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to MIG and TIG weld.
• Prior fabrication operation experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to constant change.
• Must pass Drug/Background check
