CyberCoders is Hiring a Superintendent Near El Centro, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise construction personnel including laborers, operators, mechanics, and subcontractors
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Communicate with Project Manager to ensure project goals are met and are on schedule
- Ensure that all personnel are following proper safety procedures and protocols
- Ensure proper documentation of all construction activities, including daily progress reports and other required paperwork
- Manage construction budgets and schedule
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5 years of supervisory experience in Heavy Civil Construction, including grading, paving, roadway, bridges and highways
- Experience with CALTRANS, DOT, and other state and federal regulations pertaining to Heavy Civil Construction
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
