Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at an automotive dealership. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending vehicle maintenance and repair services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Provide recommendations for vehicle maintenance and repair services based on dealership guidelines
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Explain service estimates and invoices to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Upsell additional services as needed
- Maintain customer records and service history accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an automotive dealership setting is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, oil changes, brake repairs, and automotive sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Service writing experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
