The Transformation Program Manager is tasked with spearheading global transformation initiatives within Pure and offering strategic consultancy for transformation changes to Pure’s Enterprise customers. This pivotal role focuses on boosting operational efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with the strategic goals of Pure’s Advanced Services practices, and enhancing solution-based outcomes for our global clientele. Responsibilities What You Will Be Doing
Pay Transparency Statement Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The Transformation Program Manager is tasked with spearheading global transformation initiatives within Pure and offering strategic consultancy for transformation changes to Pure’s Enterprise customers. This pivotal role focuses on boosting operational efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with the strategic goals of Pure’s Advanced Services practices, and enhancing solution-based outcomes for our global clientele. Responsibilities What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects from start to finish, focusing on both internal operational improvements and external customer engagements.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure transformation initiatives are strategically aligned with Pure's broader business goals, facilitating seamless integration of executive insights into program planning and execution.
- Work with stakeholders from various departments to synchronize transformation goals with Pure's business objectives and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement change management frameworks that minimize disruption and maximize adoption within Pure and among our customer base.
- Drive strategic initiatives across sales, delivery, engineering, development, finance, and other departments, fostering business improvements that support global objectives.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of transformation projects, using feedback to drive improvements and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Oversee the budget, timelines, and resource allocation of transformation projects to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Maintain clear and effective communication across all organizational levels and with external clients to ensure project alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to refine and enhance Pure's Professional Services strategies and operational approaches.
- Manage strategic business initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring they meet Pure’s standards and objectives.
- Ensure that Professional Services not only meets its specific objectives but also supports cross-functional and corporate goals through effective collaboration.
- Lead the development and execution of communication strategies to ensure consistent and clear messaging across Professional Services and the wider Pure organization.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation programs that significantly impact staff and customers, emphasizing strategic execution and delivering measurable business value.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills to manage complex programs and effectively influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with team members, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of services sales, professional services organizations, and ecosystem stakeholders, including enterprise and global accounts.
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across matrixed organizations.
- At least 8 years of experience in program management, change management, and business transformation, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
