BCBA Position Overview
Gold Heart ABA is a therapy provider delivering personalised In Home ABA therapy for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our quality team of Registered Behavior Therapist (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work together with each child and family in order to create an individualized treatment program.

We are looking for dedicated BCBAs/LBA to join our extraordinary team of professionals seeking to improve the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with ASD.
Responsibilities
- Assess levels of functioning through specific standardised assessments as well as Functional Behavioural Assessments and Functional Analyses.
- Develop meaningful and detailed assessments, treatment goals and programming to address the needs of each client.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff while overseeing implementation of programs with clients.
- Provide supervision to all assigned Behaviour Technicians/RBTs.
- Conduct Parent Training and collect data on specific treatment goals that are meaningful to the family.
- Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run.
- Create annual reports describing program effectiveness.
- Uphold healthy work life balance.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $105.00 per hour
