Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members
- Provide support to veterinary technicians and veterinarians as needed

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service or a strong interest in animal care
- Knowledge of basic animal handling and care techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and animal husbandry practices
- Certification or training in pet grooming, dog training, or kennel management is a plus
