Job Overview:
Sullivan Supply, Inc. of Dunlap, Iowa, industry leading supplier of livestock show supplies seeks a highly motivated, creative-minded individual to join our expanding Product Development Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones, ensuring they meet market demands and align with company goals.
Responsibilities:
-Manage every aspect of a product’s development, from conception to completion.
-Test samples and research a product's effectiveness and impact. Assessing and identifying product opportunities and customer needs.
-Determine the right features and design of a product to ensure its marketability and competitiveness.
-Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive in the marketplace.
Experience:
Strong understanding of the livestock show industry is preferred. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
