Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Assist with discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home or other healthcare facilities
- Conduct various medical procedures such as IV insertion, specimen collection processing, and medical imaging as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and equipment
- Proficiency in discharge planning and coordinating patient care
- Experience in esthetic laser treatment, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Familiarity with senior care systems and best practices
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in [state]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
