Facilities Technician 1st shift 7-3:30

Röchling Automotive is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Röchling Automotive partners with the customer to provide their manufacturing environment – ranging from safety equipment to plant ventilation – within a factory environment. The Facilities Technician is responsible for delivering high quality facility facilities to our customers.

Job Details:

• Maintenance PMs, repairs, process improvements of: HVAC systems, Compressed Air systems, Chilled/Tower Water systems
• Facility Maintenance including, but not limited to: Lighting, Building grounds keeping, Door levelers, Building alarm and
• security system Fire protection systems, General plumbing maintenance andrepairs
• Responsible for maintenance of the plant recycling area including Trash removal, waste removal, general clean–up
• Special projects as needed & assigned by Management.
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in facilities maintenance.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (50 lbs) as well as climb, stoop, stand, crawl, work in close quarters and at heights for entire shift.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
