The Johns Creek Arts Center has an ongoing need for vibrant, enthusiastic, instructors who want to share their love of art with our community.
We are currently seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and engaging Instructors to teach Youth and Adult Classes, Spring and Summer Camp programs in the following media:
Ceramics, Photography, Drawing, Painting, Digital Arts, Printmaking and Adaptive (Special Needs) Art
Qualifications:
Experience teaching art to Youth (K-12) and/or Adults
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students and staff
Ability to develop and implement educational programs
Ability to instruct Beginner through Intermediate skill levels, meeting each student "where they are"
Time management skills
Friendly, genuine people person, must enjoy working with Youth or Adults and teach fun and interesting curriculum.
Instructors are Independent Contractors, salary varies based on assignment.
