Job SummaryThis summer internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Successful interns may have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles as Procurement Specialists.
Job Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for goods and services. Support the procurement team in analyzing vendor proposals and negotiating contracts. Aid in maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support accordingly. Assist in supplier performance evaluations and relationship management. Help optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Participate in cross-functional projects to support company-wide procurement initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.
Qualifications: Currently pursuing or possessing a degree (Associate's or higher) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proficiency in both Korean and English languages is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of procurement.
