We have the opportuny to bring on a well-skilled, EPA certified maintenance technician in the following area:
- Duluth / Buford / Cumming, GA

Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday. This position requires participating in an emergency on-call rotation with your teammates, bonus paid when on call.
Ideal candidates should have some general maintenance experience and at least 3-5 years of residential maintenance experience for skilled tech positions, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry. CFC/EPA Certification to handle refrigerant and hands-on HVAC repair experience is required for skilled tech positions.
Reliable transportation required. A background check will be conducted.
