Key Responsibilities 1. Billing and Invoicing Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on sales orders and contracts. Verify and reconcile sales orders with shipment and delivery records. Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations. 2. Accounts Receivable Management Track and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments. Perform regular aging analysis of accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts. Coordinate with the sales team to address customer payment issues. 3. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports for management. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits. Provide analysis and insights on billing and revenue trends. 4. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing processes. Implement best practices for billing operations and ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance billing systems and software. 5. Compliance and Documentation Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to billing and accounting. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all billing transactions. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions. E - Invoicing.
