Position Summary:
The Operations Manager role position is accountable for cultivating and maintaining optimal client relationships through Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) management for a designated site in a cost-effective manner. Also responsible to positively impact for all ABM contracted service lines. Individual is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service through the timely completion of work orders assigned to ABM service groups. The oversight for this role entails but is not limited to planning and scheduling, site safety audits, quality inspections/ audits, sub-contractor management to SOW, personnel hiring and terminations, client KPI’s, contracted SOW alignment, operational optimization, cost controls and reports. The Operations Manager is responsible for janitorial and maintenance facility services in Dublin, VA. Also responsible for weekly visits to partner site in Salem, VA. This position reports to the Regional Account Manager and interacts with the client on a daily basis. Supervises 30 direct and indirect reports.
