Seeking Passionate Associate Attorney for a Growing Consumer Litigation Firm

Our firm is dedicated to providing meaningful legal services to clients facing tough financial situations, such as foreclosure defense. We focus on helping individuals retain their homes while avoiding bankruptcy. We also help small business owners, medical malpractice victims, and other real estate plaintiffs.
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented attorney (or soon-to-be attorney) eager to dive into the world of litigation. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, a steady job history or strong academic performance, and a genuine interest in helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft various litigation documents under senior attorney supervision.
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Manage your own caseload with the support of a manager and paralegal.
Training & Support:
Our comprehensive training program covers all aspects of litigation and firm practices. You'll be supported by extensive manuals, video lessons, and in-person training while working closely with a dedicated senior attorney mentor.
Work-Life Balance:
We value work-life balance and offer a reasonable annual billable hour requirement of 1,560 hours. Enjoy work-from-home 2 days a week after 90 days, generous PTO, and flexible scheduling.
