Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and ensuring the quality and functionality of the final product. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Perform soldering and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques as needed
- Test and troubleshoot assembled products to ensure proper functionality
- Inspect finished products for defects or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Assembler or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly techniques
- Familiarity with logic controllers, PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), and electrical systems
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
