Responsibilities

• Pivotal role in which the individual will manage a team of 8 individuals and lead the full-cycle accounting process including month-end close, financial reporting, managing annual audits, and developing/implementing process improvements.
• The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Must have experience within the healthcare industry
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
