Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure the integrity and safety of our products. They will develop and enforce quality standards, and conduct regular FDA and USDA-required audits and inspections.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance and food safety management
- Knowledge and experience with FDA and USDA regulations and industry standards are a must
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus
- Must be fluent in Spanish
