• Directing and coordinating daily operations of the accounting department, including billing, collections, payments, payroll, financial reporting, and budget preparation.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports as required.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in a timely manner
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principle.
• Supervising accounting department for month-end and yearly-end close process such as preparation of journal entries and reconciliations across various accounting functions.
• Periodically reviewing inventory and monitoring aged inventory allowance.
• Overseeing financial audits by CPA firms or banks.
• Preparing tax filings with all federal, state, and local corporate, and other applicable compliance efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum of 7 years of full cycle accounting, at least 4 years in accounting management.
• Very strong communication, leadership and team building skills.
• Proven success in accounting, financial planning and management.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems with sound and accurate judgment.
• Minimum of 2 years of NetSuite experience.
