**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong medical background. **Responsibilities:** - Perform physical examinations and health assessments - Administer medications and treatments - Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms - Provide wound care and sterile processing - Assist with IV insertion and gastric lavage procedures - Utilize medical imaging such as CT scans for patient diagnosis - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members - Maintain accurate patient records **Experience:** - Prior experience in ICU or Medical/Surgical settings preferred - Knowledge of physiology and common medical ailments - Proficiency in performing physical examinations and assessing patient conditions - Familiarity with vital sign monitoring and interpretation Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a difference in patients' lives.
