Masis Professional Group is currently hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator Pay Starting from $20/hr

**THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE UNTIL FEBRUARY 2025** (open to extensions)

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Office Hours

Job Overview:

• Under direct supervision, performs clerical accounting procedures requiring familiarity with, and experience in, accounting practices as well as knowledge of a variety of accounting classifications.
• Applies accepted procedures to the preparation and maintenance of financial and business transaction data, and prepares reports to ensure accurate accounting records.
• Performs complex clerical and entry-level accounting activities.
• Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

What is essential for this job:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Inventory Control Experience
• Clerical experience

• Inventory control: 3 years (Preferred)
• Clerical: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
