Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher

Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers is hiring a Teacher for our school. We are looking for an energetic, energetic, energetic person who loves to teach and work with children. Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in childcare or early education

• Associates or Bachelors Degreed Preferred
• CDA is accepted as well
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency and deadline-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills with parents and fellow teachers
• Willingness to be flexible and learn new things (training will be provided)

Duties:
Planning lesson plans based on curriculum

• Implementing curriculum in a fun and creative way (we will teach you the basics)
• Creating activities that encourage physical activity, play, and exploration
• Using a variety of media (books, arts & crafts, dance, music, etc.)to teach children
• Observing each child's development and achieving her target score of 50ish (playfulness, concentration, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
