Midwest Roofing & Construction LLC in Dodgeville, WI is now seeking applicants for an Outside Sales Representative.
Position Summary:
- Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers
- Efficient time management skills to handle multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
- Measuring, estimating, and preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Budget analysis, cost and margin projections, estimate project changes and impacts
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to customers
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
- Trade and subcontractor coordination for projects
- Document control
- Purchase supplies and materials as required to complete the project
- Basic technical understanding of roofing systems and ability to explain them to potential customers
The ideal candidate will have a willingness to work as a team player and possess a positive attitude.
