Midwest Roofing & Construction LLC in Dodgeville, WI is now seeking applicants for an Outside Sales Representative.

Position Summary:

  • Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers
  • Efficient time management skills to handle multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
  • Measuring, estimating, and preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Budget analysis, cost and margin projections, estimate project changes and impacts
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships
  • Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to customers
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
  • Trade and subcontractor coordination for projects
  • Document control
  • Purchase supplies and materials as required to complete the project
  • Basic technical understanding of roofing systems and ability to explain them to potential customers

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to work as a team player and possess a positive attitude.
