KNK Recruiting, LLC is looking for a direct hire Internal Resource Team - Registered Nurse –FT Nights for our targeted client located in the Dixon, Illinois area.

Targeted Pay Range: $32hr to $41hr (pay range varies depending upon skills and experience level.

Bonus: $3.00 per hour IRT bonus, based on hired hours

Status: Full-Time Nights

Hours: 7pm-7am (72 hours per pay period)

Targeted Client Description:

This hospital is a not-for-profit, independent healthcare provider located in Dixon, Illinois. It is an 80-bed acute care facility offering comprehensive ancillary services, including diagnostic imaging and laboratory services.

Job Summary:

The Internal Resource Team – Registered Nurse plans, direct, or coordinates the daily patient care activities in clinical practice; ensure adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards; serve as a clinical resource for the Nursing Units, collaborate with nurse leaders, medical staff and nursing staff and provide clinical support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinates total nursing care as directed by the physician.

• Participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing and other patient care personnel.

• Maintains standards for professional nursing practice according to hospital standards, procedures and departmental objectives.

• The primary focus will be ICU, Med/Surg/Peds, Day Surgery, BHC, Home Health, Cardiac Rehab and Cath Lab, but if needed in another area it will be at the discretion of the Nursing Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

• Current Illinois license to practice as a Registered Nurse.

• Biennial BLS certification.

• Achieve and maintain ACLS within one year of hire.

• Achieve and maintain PALS within two years of hire.

• Must complete Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training within one year of hire and recertify annually
