RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project-oriented work on multiple projects at various stages
- Wiring and labeling control panels
- Programming motors and VFDs
- Running tests on equipment
- Troubleshooting problems
- Working on AC and DC systems up to 600 volts
- Using electrical meters and oscilloscopes for component analysis
- Basic mechanical repair
- Comprehending blueprints and technical text
- Installing and testing control and distribution apparatus
- System startups and troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience or 2-year technical degree in related field
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Knowledge of electrical theory, AC/DC systems, and wiring concepts
- Working knowledge of VFDs and motors
- Familiarity with automation systems and components
