Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a knack for storytelling. This role will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Create and curate high-quality content, including photos, videos, graphics, and captions, that align with our brand aesthetic and voice.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to attract and retain followers and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously optimize our social media presence.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and photo/video editing software.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
