Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software and payroll management, ensuring accurate financial transactions and records.

Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Utilize accounting software such as Workday, ADP, Ceridian, and Kronos
- Manage payroll functions and ensure timely payments to employees
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems
- Strong understanding of account principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of general ledger reconciliation processes
