ShiftPixy Staffing is Hiring a Hourly Shift Coordinator Near Destin, FL
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick-service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant
- Cash Control and Inventory Management:
- Follow all cash control and security procedures, including safe counting and managing cash drawers.
- Maintain inventory through daily and weekly inspections.
- Receive and manage inventory truck orders.
- Team Leadership:
- Motivate Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in a clean environment.
- Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to enhance their capabilities and improve restaurant performance.
- Set an example by working hard to implement shift plans and drive operational results.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to ensure prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
- Motivate Team Members during shifts at each workstation.
- Performance and Standards:
- Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
- Perform duties of the Team Member when necessary to support the team.
