Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firm in the US, is adding a Maintenance Technician in our Acentria office located in Destin, FL

The Maintenance Technician, under limited supervision, works on a variety of tasks related to the routine maintenance of the interior and exterior of office buildings in various locations, performs work of routine difficulty maintenance, and performs related work as assigned. Will work closely with Chief Executive Officer and Chief Administration Officer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs routine maintenance on office building’s interior and exterior
• Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and
• emergencies that are outside the scope of routine maintenance
• Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due
• Works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations. Takes appropriate action to
• ensure safety of themselves and others in building
• Requires traveling to various office locations
• There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position
• All other duties as assigned

Pay Statement

The typical pay range for this role is $37,000-42,000, this range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
