Insane Impact is Hiring a HR Coordinator Near Des Moines, IA

Insane Impact is the national leader of Mobile LED screen trailers and video wall installation, and we are looking for someone detail orientated who can support our rapidly growing company and HR department.

Job Description/Duties

The main function of this position will be to assist and administrator recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. This position will also assist in a variety of HR functions and special HR projects as the company grows and new processes are systems are needed.

  • Publishes new job listings and works with 3rd party recruiters
  • Performs 1st review of candidates resumes and schedules interviews for HR Director
  • Coordinates background screening, pre-employment physicals and reference checks of candidates.
  • Administrates new employee onboarding and is main point of contact for new hires
  • Updates and manages Org Charts and maintains personnel files
  • Administrates employee training programs including assigning training and weekly reporting
  • Manages special HR projects including changes to process, policies, new system setup, etc.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years in HR or administration in a small business environment
  • aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • 3Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and detail orientated

Schedule:

  • Full-time position, M-F

Pay: $23/hr-$29h ($46k-$60k) depending on experience
