The Medical Billing Associate will be responsible for providing follow up on commercial accounts. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team. Please apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding charges.
- Monitor Insurance account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Communicate with customers and insurances regarding payments and denials.
- Following up on denials and billing when appropriate.
- Filing and noting documentation received into patient's accounts
- Analyze documentation required for billing services and ensure compliance to payer requirements.
- Resolve pending revenue by reconciling received documentation, and pending charges.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year Hospital Billing experience preferred
