Hello!

Thank you so much for your interest in shooting for us. We are currently looking for 2 contractors in the Denver, CO area to shoot on an as needed basis. Previous real estate photography experience is a MUST. Please provide a link to your website or portfolio in your application. Since previous experience is required, any applications that do not have links to previous work will be rejected.

Pay will be $60/photo shoot & $0.30 / mile gas reimbursement. NO EDITING REQUIRED. We are looking for someone that already has real estate photography experience, with their own camera, wide angle lens & tripod. We also will need a Cubicasa 2D floor-plan at every property. These take about 10min to shoot. We will pay $25 / Cubicasa floor-plan. So total it will be $85 / shoot mileage.

A little bit about this position. We have one of our customers that does fix and flips nationwide . Basically whenever one of their properties is ready to shoot we will reach out to you and ask for you to go and shoot photos of that property. Its difficult to say how many shoots you will get bc it just depends on how many they buy and when they are ready. These will all be vacant single family homes with a lock box. These normally range from 1,500 - 2,500 sqft. We usually will give you a date when the property will be available and then it will be up to you to go out and shoot while the sun is still up and get the photos back to us on the same day. We like to give this customer same day delivery so quick upload will be very important to us.

For this contractor position no editing will be required. Just shoot and send the unedited photos to us. We will need for you to use Adobe DNG convertor to compress the size of your images before you upload them to our Dropbox account for editing. We will send you a video and a sheet with all of the instructions you will need for this.

Before you start shooting for us we will require that you review our training material and then send us test photos for us to make sure that your settings are correct. This test shoot can be of your house or a friends house.

• How much notice would you need before a shoot? The majority of our shoots are scheduled a few days in advance. But could we reach out to you the day before a shoot? Or even a few hours before a shoot?

• Could you please provide an estimate of how many properties you have shot real estate photos of? Just a rough number.
• Cubicasa 2D floorplans will be required for each property. Have you ever shot this type of product? If not they are very simple to learn.
