Realistic Serenity Behavioral Health is Hiring a 1099 Mental Health Clinician Near Denver, CO

Full clinical license in the state of Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
Owner of their own business (LLC, PLLC)
Desire to carry a case load of at least 15 clients per week (part-time)
Passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults
Availability to work two evening shifts per week; bonus points if you’re available for a weekend shift
Ability to pass a background check
Strong time management skills
Attention to completing paperwork in a timely manner
Team-oriented attitude!
EMDR training (desired, but not required)
We are growing! Realistic Serenity is looking for an amazing clinician to join our team. We are a group practice specializing in Play Therapy as well as offering support to individuals and families. Our team strongly supports LGBTQ youth, so an affirming and supportive attitude is non-negotiable.
Provided:
- Group credentialing with insurance panels, including Medicaid and CHP
- Access to dedicated Play Therapy rooms as well as modern rooms geared more towards tweens, teens and adults.

- Access to APT approved workshops taught at Realistic Serenity at no cost
- Supportive team environment w/focus on collaborative efforts
- Comfortable office setting (with snacks!) in great location
- Flexible schedule
Required:
- CO Licensure: LPC, LMFT, LCSW
- Owner of own business (LLC, PLLC, etc)
- Can provide proof of liability insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Passion for working with children, adolescents and adults
- Evening availability
- Strong time management skills
- Team oriented attitude a must!
- Attention to completing paperwork in a timely manner
Preferred:
- EMDR or trauma responsive training is great, but not a requirement
