Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and engineering, with a focus on Java, Spring, JavaScript, React.js/Angular.js, and AWS.
3. Proven experience with Git and GitHub for version control.
4. Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for developing creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with the latest trends and advancements in the field.
