RDG Planning & Design is Hiring an Architect (College & University / Health Science Education) Near Denver, CO

Great architecture is about more than how a design looks - it’s about how a design makes you feel. For RDG architects, it's also about envisioning what could be and forging a bold path forward for our clients and our practice.
We're currently looking for a mid-level architect to join our team and focus on design work for our College & University and Health Science Education Markets. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design innovative, flexible, collaborative facilities that prepare the next generation of learners.

Essential Job FunctionsCollaborate with the project team and client to develop design details and full construction documents
Growing into and/or serving as a project manager for projects of various scales
Assist with renderings and other digital communication tools to tell the overall design story
Learn, develop and push the envelope on design in key markets
Produce presentations that communicate our design expertise
Apply knowledge of codes and work with outside consultants

A continuous learner who constantly looks at how they can improve themselves and the firm
Ability to sort through the clutter and find the best route

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in architecture (graduate degree preferred)
3-5 years experience
Focus on architectural design and construction documentation
Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office applications
