Bowen Family Law is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Denton, TX
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This position is limited to the practice of family law, and we generally practice throughout the Metroplex.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in court proceedings or other legal matters.
- Assist in case preparation by organizing and maintaining legal files.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to Tribal Law Regulations and other applicable areas.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and projects.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong background in legal research and writing.
- Experience or interest in Family Law,
- Familiarity with Westlaw or other legal research platforms.
- Knowledge of Legal Administrative procedures and practices.
