In the role of Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for entering and modifying material master parameters in company's database through the ERP system. You will have the opportunity to provide quality control over the product lifecycle management system, and to provide guidance to the customers and co-workers according to their needs. Master data is any information that is considered to play a key role in the core competition of the business. If you're looking for the opportunity to apply your talents and demonstrate your enthusiasm for the aerospace industry as we build smarter electrical solutions for a better flight, this could be the position for you!This position contributes to our vision by: Reviewing, maintaining, and executing material master data requests to create and maintain ERP Master Data objects (i.e. Material Master, Bills of Material, Routing, Production Versions, Work Centers, etc.); Understanding the function of each ERP master data object, and utilizing them to support and report to the operations team; Collaborating with the engineering and other cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of 3DX PLM into the ERP system to enhance production processes; Assuming the role of subject matter expert and primary user for the ERP system, providing expertise and support for ad-hoc troubleshooting tasks; Creating ERP reports as needed; Adhering to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture; Regular, predictable attendance is required; Other duties may be assigned.
