Requirements:
Must be currently P&C Licensed in the state of Maryland.
Minimum of 1 year experience in quoting and closing commercial insurance.
Detail and goal oriented self started with strong written and verbal communications skills.
Solid computer skills and the ability to multitask.
Possess a positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Service existing clients including cross selling products they currently do not carry
Solicit new business via telephone, networking and other lead sources
Ability to explain complex policies and their differences to help clients make informed decisions.
Capable of being persuasive, persistent, and confident in closing a sale.
Work constructively in a team atmosphere
