Steady Strides: Fall Prevention and Stroke Rehabilitation Medical Institute is on the lookout for a phenomenal Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our team on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

• Our NPs visit nursing nursing facilities weekly and collaborate with the therapy and nursing departments, providing recommendations to improve patient care, rehab outcomes and participation by managing pain.

Responsibilities:

• Bring your A-game to provide top-notch care in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
• Visit skilled nursing facility patients around the Eastern Shore of Maryland
• Conduct patient evaluations and make recommendations to help patients meet their goals and live a better quality of life
• Utilize warm interpersonal skills to make patients feel like they're chatting with a friend, not just a healthcare professional.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practioner in Maryland ready to conquer the world (or at least our clinics and facilities).
• Experienced NPs or New grads welcome to apply,
• Prior PM&R, pain management, orthopedic or neurology experience is a bonus
• Master communicator – your words are as powerful as your medical knowledge.
