Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and aspiring Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our social media clients, you will play a crucial role in elevating and maintaining their brand identity. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing a range of services, with a strong focus on content creation and social media management.

Key Responsibilities Tasks:

  • Serve as the main liaison between Atlantic Current and clients, ensuring their brand values and vision are consistently represented.
  • Develop, execute, and oversee engaging social media content and strategies across various platforms.
  • Complete social media content creation and scheduling on multiple social platforms for various clients, creating content consistent with their brand style with copywriting focused on their audience's needs.
  • Manage the overall scope of services for each client and coordinating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategies and improve client engagement.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and responding to their needs and feedback.
  • Create and edit photo/video content for TikTok, Instagram and more
  • Assist with on site content shoots
  • Manage client community through social media

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

  • A preference of two years of agency experience, specifically with a focus in social media management.
  • Proven expertise in social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • A passion for creating social media content and extensive knowledge of what works for which platforms.
  • Proven proficiency in design software (Adobe, Canva,) and social scheduling tools (we use Sprout Social).
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines independently.
  • Values learning and are excited to become proficient in new systems quickly.
  • Creative thinker with lots of ideas.
  • Positive communicator in person, on the phone, and online.
  • You look for the solution.
  • You like to try new things and don't beat yourself up if your designs don't work out or need multiple revisions.
