Typical Day :
- Use your skills to improve the quality of life for your client
- Follow a pre-established care plan (accessible from your smart phone). This may include bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation
- Engage the client, keeping them active and social
Job Requirements :
- HHA, PCA, CNA or other certifications preferred (other experience considered)
- Proven history of being dependable and on-time
- Patient, kind, and uses good judgment
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in English mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Successfully pass criminal, drug and driving background checks
What We Offer :
- 3-part compensation package : base pay, unlimited bonus programs, benefit package
- If hired, you will become an employee. We pay / file your payroll taxes for you and you get a W2 tax return
- Earn 1.5 times your pay rate for working overtime and / or holidays
