Little Caesars is now hiring!! We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our Team. Crew members would work side by side with our management team to ensure our customers receive the high quality product and service they deserve. These duties can include making pizzas, bread, sauce, dough, and other food items. The starting pay for this position is $10.45-11.00/hour but pay is reviewed and based off of experience, performance, and availability. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to secure employment.

Job Title: Crew Member

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Upsell additional menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Bus tables and ensure tables are clean and ready for the next customer
- Follow all food safety procedures and guidelines

Skills:
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling techniques to ensure food safety
- Upselling: Ability to promote additional menu items to customers
- Basic math: Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for cash handling
- Sanitation: Understanding of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Bussing: Ability to clear tables and reset them for the next customer
- Food service: Experience in providing quality service in a fast-paced food service environment
- Food preparation: Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques and recipes
- Kitchen: Ability to work in a kitchen setting, following recipes and instructions
- Cash handling: Experience in handling cash transactions accurately
