The Operations Manager is responsible for managing in-house assembly, machining, testing and other production processes to assure all work is performed on time and in accordance with the company quality system, safety policies and customer requirements. Specific job responsibilities are given below.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Overview
The incumbent must have the ability and motivation to initiate and drive execution to plan across all areas of production. The candidate should excel in working in a team environment as well as thrive as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
Experience\Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing in an AS9100 and ISO9000 controlled environment. MBA or MS in Engineering preferred. Electronic / Electromechanical product experience preferred.
