We are seeking a friendly and skilled Front Office / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in coordinating patient care and treatment plans within our office.
Duties :
- Welcome each patient into the office with a smile
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions
- Assist in managing the flow of patients within the office and scheduling
- Phone skills for recalls and treatment plan review
- Experience with Eaglesoft
- Weave
