What You Will Be Doing

• Accounts Receivables / Payables
• Bank reconciliations
• Project billing and compliance
• Calculating and preparing various reports and filings, in support of our Controller
• Preparing weekly internal sales and financial reports for Management; preparing monthly closing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

What You Bring

• Education: Educational background in accounting or related field.
• Skills: 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and elevated level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in customer service functions a plus.
