- Proficient in project scheduling and management using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project (MSP), and MS Office suite.
- Expertise in preparing schedules, monitoring progress, and updating schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
- Facilitating integration between site and headquarters, addressing engineering, supply, and execution issues.
- Identifying project deliverables, milestones, and tasks, determining staffing requirements, and allocating resources accordingly.
- Generating monthly progress reports, engineering reports, procurement reports, catch-up plans, rolling plans, 3-month and lookahead plans, as well as delay analysis reports.
- Preparation of billing schedules, billing projections, and liability sheets for management and client review.
- Oversight of vendor fabrication/manufacturing activities and monthly reconciliation reports for construction materials.
- Client interface management, conducting regular meetings, resolving grievances, and managing contractual and technical communications.
- Coordinating project engineering, management with clients, joint ventures, and site teams.
- Acting as a site coordinator to resolve technical queries, material dispatch issues, and contractual matters.
- Tracking documents, maintaining the master Document Control Index (DCI), and providing weekly engineering reports.
- Leading construction management and site execution, ensuring proactive and effective planning throughout the project.
