Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Experience in Quickbooks is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Entering transactions
- Processing payroll
- Making payroll tax payments
- Filing payroll tax returns
- Filing sales tax returns
- Processing Forms 1099
- Providing a complete trial balance with related workpapers for year end
- Perform tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proficient in all aspects of QuickBooks Desktop and experience with the use of the software in business accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Team player, with the ability to multi-task, as well as flexible and can work under pressure.
- Self-starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to maintain quality client relationships as well as co-worker relationships
- Excellent attendance record
- Desire to be excellent with highest moral and ethical behavior
