Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the production floor
- Supervise and guide team members to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Monitor production processes to optimize output and minimize downtime
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments like micrometers
- Provide training and support to staff on machinery operation and safety protocols

Skills:
- Proficiency in logic controllers and CNC machinery
- Experience with plastics blow molding and injection molding processes
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and inspection techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles for process improvement
- Competency in using precision measuring instruments like micrometers
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
